Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HPL Medical Inc. We strive to
provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for
any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to
help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you
received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service
team at sales@hplmedical.ca or call 1-855-508-4411. They will provide you with
further instructions and assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to
your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain
amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If
you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above and
place a new order for the desired item.

Restrictions

Please note that our refund policy covers returns, refunds,
and restrictions. However, exchanges are not available. Additionally, sale
items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please provide the original receipt or order confirmation email when contacting
our customer service team.
