Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays after noon EST, weekends, or holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipments. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will promptly reach out to you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage.

– Free shipping on orders of $250 or more.
Please note that overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
HPL Medical Inc. ships to addresses within Canada, including US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HPL Medical Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, and other costs, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
While we take utmost care in packaging and handling, HPL Medical Inc. cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the respective shipment carrier. Ensure that you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.
International Shipping Policy
At present, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery, we make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout by the shipping carrier’s standards. If we are unable to validate the address, we will attempt to contact you to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
HPL Medical Inc. cannot be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, resulting in the package being lost or undeliverable.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you have not received your order, but the shipping carrier has reported it as delivered, please notify us immediately by:

We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier, involving local law enforcement if necessary. Once the investigation is complete, we will either replace or refund your order. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be finalized.
